“I recently had John Kozlosky, Interior Finishing install a ceramic tile floor in my kitchen and foyer. I chose a narrow wood simulated tile and was concerned that after it was down it would look like a brick wall pattern. Knowing that this was a concern, John made sure that the tile was put down in a random pattern, even to the extent of cutting tiles short so that the pattern would not emerge. I am quite happy with the way it turned out. Working with John was pleasant experience. He is honest, up-front, fair and does exactly what he says he will do. There were no "hidden charges". I had chose to install my own new molding since I was pretty handy with woodwork and John went beyond to pick up the new molding since it would probably not fit in my car. He presented me the invoice from the supplier and required no mark-up for his service. Would I use John for future work, without question, I would ! I Initially had John work on my basement following a storm drain back up. He replaced the drywall , baseboards, electrical sockets and then repainted. I was so happy with his work so I had him come back to gut and renovate my downstairs shower room, powder room and office/den. John and his crew members recently removed the carpeting in our family , dining and living rooms and replaced it with tile. We are thrilled with the results ! Shortly after work began, they noticed our floors were not stable enough to proceed with the tile we chose. A close look in our basement revealed our house lacked adequate flooring support, requiring reinforcement with beams and poles beneath the floors. John came highly recommended by another local contractor I used for my exterior. We live in a Ryan home that is 10 years old with a very basic oak staircase. John completely transformed our open foyer and staircase by sanding down the existing handrail and staining it a dark espressco color along with installing wrought iron spindles.
